Please Note: We are pleased to offer individual climate control for heat in each unit, however, as with most properties and almost all private residences in Alaska, we open windows and use fans to cool off spaces during the hottest summer days. This works well for us as our average summer temperatures are much milder than the type of heat experienced in the lower 48.
