All rooms are equipped with one (1) queen bed and will accommodate 1-2 people maximum. Parties of three or more will require a second room to be booked.
Complimentary coffee is provided
Toiletries: Toilet paper, paper towels (in suites only), hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included at no additional cost.
Additional towels are available upon request. There are complimentary self-service laundry facilities on-site on the 2nd floor.
Free parking is available behind the building only. Please DO NOT park in front of the neighbor’s house (or they may have you towed).
Rooms do not have phones, but there is good cell service in the building.
No illegal activity, excessive noise, or parties of any kind are allowed on the property.
Please be respectful of our other guests and do not slam the front door or room doors. Special care to keep noise down after 9pm is greatly appreciated.
Booking & Payments
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as forms of payment.
We collect a 2.9% service fee on all payments to cover service fees charged by the providers.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all reservations made less than 30 days from your check-in date.
Payment will be collected 29 days from your check-in date for all reservations made more than 30 days in advance.
Minimum age for guests to make a reservation or stay on the property is 18 years. Guests under 18 years of age are not allowed on the property unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Cancellations & Refunds
- A 100% refund will be given for cancelations received 30 or more days prior to arrival date
- A 50% refund will be given for cancelations received 8-29 days prior to arrival date
- No refunds will be given for cancelations received within 7 days of arrival date
Smoking
An outdoor covered smoking area has been provided at the rear of the building in front of the garage / shed. Please fully extinguish all cigarettes and place cigarette butts in the provided receptacle.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside or near entrances on our property. Guests found smoking inside, bringing marijuana smoking paraphernalia inside, or performing any other activities that leave the room smelling like smoke will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
Smoking of marijuana or vaping with THC anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.
Pets
We love pets and we have pets, unfortunately, they create a liability for our small business and our guests. Pets are strictly prohibited from being inside our property. Guests must make other arrangement for their pets if traveling with them. The Pioneer Motel has pet friendly rooms. Guests found to have had pets or any other animals inside the property will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
